of a wealthy businessman, taking her to an alien planet.
Shot largely in Madrid
and Bilbao, the
dry, yellowed surface of the planet ‘Axturias’ is the
wild deserted region of Bardenas
Reales in Navarra, northeastern Spain. Take
the N121 south from Pamplona toward Tudela and see the
strange wind-blasted desert east of the road near Arguedas.
