Aliens,
looking astonishingly like circus clowns, begin to take
over a small town, but whoís going to believe the kids
whoíve seen them?
The quiet little town of 'Crescent Cove' is Watsonville,
on Highway 1 between Santa Cruz and Monterey on the
central California
coast.
This climax of this enjoyably trashy horror was filmed
a few milkes to the north, on the Santa
Cruz Beach Boardwalk, 400 Beach Street, Santa Cruz,
the stateís only surviving traditional seafront funfair.
The boardwalk was also seen in The
Sting 2, and was, of
course, the setting for Joel
Schumacher's teen vampire flick The
Lost Boys.
