U.S. Marshals | 1998
- DIRECTOR |
- Stuart Baird
“I’d rather wake up in jail for a TB test than have to wake up another morning knowing I’m going to the set of U.S. Marshals” said Robert Downey Jr. Now, that’s not a good sign, is it?
Disappointing sequel to The Fugitive, with Marshal Tommy Lee Jones this time chasing wrongly-accused Wesley Snipes.
Filming took place at the United Nations, New York, and in Chicago, at O’Hare International Airport; Bohemian National Cemetery; Cook County Courthouse; St Ann’s Hospital; the highrise office block at 444 North Michigan Avenue, and also in West Vienna, Illinois.
Non-Illinois locations include Benton, Kentucky, and Reelfoot Lake, at Tiptonville, northwest Tennessee, previously seen in 1957 southern melodrama Raintree County, with Elizabeth Taylor and Montgomery Clift.
