Roger Cobb (William Katt) inherits the spooky house where an old lady died and gets hounded by his dead buddy from Vietnam in this lively horror comedy. The Gingerbread Victorian house, dating from 1890, can be found at 329 Melrose Avenue, in Monrovia, east of Pasadena, California.
My photo is from 1996 but a quick check on Google Maps shows it still looks exactly the same.
Monrovia is a popular filming location, seen in films such as American Pie and Grosse Point Blank.
